Sunrise Festival, Dong – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Sunrise Festival, Dong (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Entry & Participation
• A valid ticket and government-issued ID are mandatory for entry.
• The Event takes place in a high-altitude outdoor environment. Participants must be physically fit and medically able to trek and attend outdoor activities.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person deemed unfit or found violating event rules.
2. Government Approvals & Permits
• All attendees must comply with Inner Line Permit (ILP) and local administrative requirements.
• Failure to produce required permits may lead to denial of entry with no refund.
3. Safety & Responsibility
• Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants join at their own responsibility.
• Instructions from organizers, guides, and local authorities must be followed at all times.
• Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
4. Health & Medical
• Participants must inform organizers of any medical conditions prior to participation.
• Basic first aid will be available, but advanced medical facilities may not be immediately accessible due to the remote location.
• Organizers are not liable for accidents, injuries, wildlife encounters, or weather-related incidents.
5. Weather & Event Changes
• All activities are subject to weather and terrain conditions. Schedules may change without prior notice for safety reasons.
• In case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances, organizers reserve full rights to modify or cancel specific activities without refunds.
6. Environmental Responsibility
• This Event follows Zero Waste and Leave No Trace principles.
• Littering, disturbing wildlife, damaging infrastructure, or disrespecting local customs may result in removal from the Event.
7. Local Community & Cultural Respect
• Participants must respect the Meyor tribe, local community, cultural norms, and restricted zones.
• Photography of people or cultural rituals must only be done with consent.
8. Personal Belongings
• The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants must carry essentials and protective gear as advised.
9. Tickets & Cancellation
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after booking.
• Resale or illegal resale of tickets at higher pricing is prohibited.
• If the Event is canceled by organizers, a partial or full refund policy will be communicated.
10. Photography & Media Rights
• By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for official promotional use by organizers.
• Unauthorized commercial photography, videography, or drone usage is prohibited unless approved in advance.
11. Conduct & Removal
• Participants may be removed from the Event for disorderly behavior, harassment, or non-compliance with instructions, without eligibility for a refund.
12. Acknowledgment of Risk
• Participation signifies that you fully understand and voluntarily accept all risks related to the Event, trekking environment, and remote terrain conditions.
